Welcome to AI View Sync (“Service”), operated by GCCO (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The secure application and Google Analytics integration are hosted at gcco.io. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

• The Service is provided for business use to analyze referral traffic from AI platforms via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data, audit AI visibility, and generate and publish improvements such as llms.txt files.
• You must have appropriate access rights to the GA4 property you connect and to any website you audit or publish updates to.

2. Google account & permissions

• By signing in with Google, you grant us read-only access to GA4 data associated with your selected properties.
• You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

3. Data

• We use your GA4 data only to display traffic reports and provide strategic insights.
• We do not modify or delete your GA4 data.
• We may store limited aggregated data in our database to support reporting and historical analysis.
• Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Payment (if applicable)

• Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed separately at the time of purchase.

5. Limitation of liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Audit results and recommendations are directional findings; we do not guarantee how AI platforms will mention, rank, or recommend any brand.
• GCCO is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

7. Changes

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at aiviewsync.com/terms.
