Who we are

AI View Sync is operated by GCCO (“we,” “our,” or “us”). AI View Sync helps businesses understand referral traffic from AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude), audit how AI tools recommend their brand, and publish improvements such as llms.txt files. The secure application and Google Analytics integration are hosted at gcco.io.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google and grant us access to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property:

• We request read-only access to GA4 metrics and dimensions (sessions, users, traffic sources, landing pages).
• We do not collect or store any personal data from your Google account beyond your email address, which is used to identify your account.

If you use features that do not require a Google connection, such as the free AI visibility preview or the free llms.txt generator, we collect only the information you provide (for example, your website address) in order to run that feature.

How we use information

We use your GA4 data solely to:

• Display referral traffic reports in your dashboard,
• Generate exports of reports upon request,
• Provide audit findings, Growth Plan tasks, and strategic recommendations based on traffic patterns.

We do not:

• Share GA4 data with third parties,
• Use your GA4 data for advertising,
• Sell or resell your GA4 data.

Data storage & security

• If you authorize offline access, we store a refresh token to maintain the connection to your GA4 property. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
• We may cache aggregated traffic metrics in our database for reporting and historical analysis.
• All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
• Application data is stored and processed on infrastructure operated at gcco.io.

Cookies & analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

User control & data deletion

• You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
• You may request deletion of your tokens and cached data by contacting us at support@gcco.io. Upon request, we will delete associated data from our systems.
